“I was very impressed from start to finish. I have had bad experiences with past carpet cleaners who do a quick in-and-out and every year try a new company. I feel that I have finally found a company that I can start a long business relationship! Yeah! Eric was very professional from the beginning to end. Communication before the appointment was clear and defined the work to be performed before he showed up. His office called and confirmed the appointment the night before and he called 15 minutes before arrival to state he was on his way. I liked that he quoted only the carpet area to be cleaned; so I did not have to pay for area space under large furniture which is usually added into “by room” square footage quote that other companies do. Since I have light carpet, high traffic stains and two dogs, I was worried that they carpet wouldn’t come clean. Eric pretreated, agitated and did extraction cleaning.
